چکیده
Background: Syringodium isoetifolium is a seagrass that grows abundantly in Indonesian territorial waters and has been known to be of high significance not only for the seawater ecosystem, but also human beings (as food, nutritional pharmaceutical products). In this study, bioactive constituent was extracted using several different techniques recover maximum yield. Methods: Extraction was carried out by conventional non-conventional (Microwave-assisted extraction, ultrasound-assisted extraction-bath system, extraction- (UAE) probe system) with green solvents (water, 50% ethanol, 100% ethanol). Results: As result, ethanol water extracts exhibited significantly higher yield. Total phenol content extract. Different extraction (using solvent) showed UAE-probe best technique since it yielded highest total (17.37 ± 2.16 mg GAE/g) richest compounds (Choline, betaine, 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 7-Hydroxycoumarine, 4-Methoxycinnamic Zearalenone, Caffeic Levalbuterol, Phloretin, Dihydrocaffeic Quercetin-3β-D-glucoside Quercetin). Interestingly, choline most abundant compound extract obtained techniques. in silico assay, from shown as an anti-inflammatory. The interaction pathway receptors (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL6) had binding affinity value than inhibitor-receptor (i.e. -3.4, -3.0, -2.8 kcal/mol). cytotoxicity test on TIG-1 cells did have toxic effect them. Conclusions: These findings support potential use as food ingredient.

15 صفحه اولHigh Value-Added Biomolecules from Beach Waste of Marine Origin- Screening for Potential Candidates among Seagrass of the Cymodoceaceae Family
Method: Six species of seagrass belonging to the genera Syringodium, Cymodocea and Halodule were collected from their native habitat. The L-chiro-inositol content of the crude aqueous extracts prepared from different batches of Cymodocea nodosa flotsam was measured by quantitative H-NMR spectroscopy. High concentrations were found with values ranging from 22.2 to 35.0 mg.g plant dw. The presenc...

As a prerequisite for the use of liposomes for delivery of biologically active agents, techniques are required for the efficient and rapid entrapment of such agents in liposomes. Here we review the variety of procedures available for trapping hydrophilic and hydrophobic compounds. Considerations which are addressed include factors influencing the choice of a particular liposomal system and tech...
